Return Policy

Returns

The following are our guidelines for returns and exchanges on New and Used Purchases. 2nd Time Around Sport’s  return  policies are in place with the spirit of fairness to all our customers, both Customers returning the item  and the customers purchasing the returned product at a later date. We do sometimes hear "But you sell used stuff to, can't you just take it back?" Please note that all Return and Exchange Policies are not negotiable.

New Product Returns 

Must :

Be within 30 Days from Date of Purchase accompanied by Receipt

Be Unused

Be accompanied by Original Packaging

  • The Following Items are not eligible for Return:

    - Products that have been used in anyway, including items that have been left outdoors, are covered in dog or cat hair, Blood, Stains, etc. Have any type of odor such as Smoke or Mold, or are faded in any way thru exposure to the elements.
    - Sharpened or Baked Hockey Skates.                                                      - Inline Skates with any wear on wheels.                                            - Jocks or Undergarments.
    - Mouth guards.
    - Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Jerseys,
    = Any type of Embellishment.
    = Special “All Sales Final” Event Items or Blemished Products.  (Conditions Apply) Warranty Items - Broken during use within the Manufacturer’s Warranty timetable that require return directly to Manufacturer.

 

Used Product Returns 

  • 14 Days from Date of Purchase accompanied by Receipt

  • For Store Credit or Exchange ONLY

 

Exchanges 

We are more than happy to exchange an item for a different color or size, however all criteria for “New Product Returns” must be met. 

If you have purchased an item online from our everysportforless.com website, you can return or exchange the item thru our Retail Store within the guidelines provided at everysportforless.com.
